When our customer require their own-branded products, we can design, make mold/ printing plate and apply to sample according to customer's request.
Our Shenzhen based source team source the high quality material. Meanwhile R&D staff design the branded new product, LOGO and packaging. We communicate with our client to ensure their requirements could be met. Within the time required, trial samples will be in progress. And packaging design also have to be completed. Also it involved working with our client to understand display requirements as well as our own input on the packaging required to protect the product throughout the supply chain. Logistics costs were also factored into the packaging design.

Customer orders are received in via email or fax. In any case, all customer orders are uploaded to our my order system and all activity is tracked through to completion. Customer P.O.s are converted to Sales Orders on our system. Customer Request Dates are offset by shipping and production lead time and scheduled accordingly. We provide customers with a response to their order once material availability and capacity is planned. Customers can also be assured of on time supply and that potential issues are rigorously tracked. There is an immediate escalation path for any customer orders which are at risk, to ensure resolution at the earliest possible opportunity.
