| Answer |
Issue When playing a Blu-ray Disc title, only the audio is outputted, but not the video.
Possible Causes
- Display and graphics card are disconnected.
- Display mode settings are not correct.
Solution
- Ensure the video cable is well connected to both the display and graphic card connectors.
- If you are using 2 or more displays on the same computer, you may need to change the display mode to output to main display only. To change the display mode, right-click on the desktop of your PC and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. In the Display Properties dialog box, select the Settings tab to ensure you display video on the number 1 screen. Furthermore, do not use Extended mode (extend screen space to 2 different displays) or rotate your display.
